They like to sell you overpriced service and can't be trusted. Seem to particularly take advantage of women and the elderly. Several times they told me I needed a service which I didn't have done and at the next check up they said that item was satisfactory and I needed something different.

Great sales department, Service after the sale is completely opposite. Service department prevented me from buying another Honda. Service department sucks...DONE WITH THIS PLACE...
