I think getting the parts was an issue so that wasn’t all on them. They also handled everything with my insurance and rental car, that alone was worth the longer time they took working on my car.”

“O'Reilly's always exceeds my expectations. They are always friendly and quick to go above to help you. My SUV unexpected broke down at their store and I was having trouble getting tow to get it removed. I spoke with several of the guys at the store, including the manager Ryan and they didn't make a big deal about it demand mw to have it moved. That was a very stressful situation and them willing to work with me was a big relief. Even the tow truck driver that moved my car said," places normally don't let you do this but O'Reilly's is always known for having good people." Its just rare to get good service these days.”

He communicates, he pushes to make sure that the carriers are back on the road and working like the industry should. He is not your typical guy that will let the truck sit for a week for a small issue. He will handle the issue so that trucks move and the bigger jobs get done. If I could I would give 10 starts. “Absolutely fantastic service! I spoke with Scott over the phone who was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “They were good at honoring the work that was previously done, even though the previous owner did some shady stuff with my paper work. I do understand new ownership takes time to get back in good standing with the community. Phillip and Shane were professional and understanding of my circumstances. They corrected the issue as soon as it was brought to their attention. If there is an area of constructive "influence", I would recommend to do a thorough walk through of all their work before releasing it back to the customers. Also communication among each other needs improvement. Won't go into details because this isn't a session for that. All in all, they did a great job with rectifying the issue. “Got what I needed, not what I wanted. Minor item. Lesson for store staff, and I've worked O'Reilly's, actually. An older man does not want to be called "Boss" by a 21 year old. More precisely, I turned to the young man and explained that "sir" works very well. I explained "boss" implies a familiarity that he had not earned by age.He continued debating, explaining that that was HIS term of respect. I said, "No, 'sir' works perfectly well." The young man shrugged. I then asked him how many 'ears' he had, to which he said he had two. I asked how many 'mouths' he had, to which he said one. Maybe he got it.To the NAPA leadership, sadly, it is your job to raise boys improperly raised by absent fathers. Trust me, I taught school. I know the position in which you find yourself. Sorry, fellas, it's an uphill fight arrived at from having delivered too many participation trophies. Maybe you'd get better, more mature help if you paid better.Just know that I could have easily gone to Advance Auto, AutoZone O'Reilly's. ... It's your $7 this time. Next time it could be $707.”

I let him know what I was looking for and he took me right over to the aisle and showed me the different versions and told me which one he thought would be best , even asked what color I preferred. Once we selected the item, he promptly checked me out and got me signed out for speed perks. He explained the benefits and let me know exactly how they work.
