I'm bummed that customers watch employees stand around as we scan and bag our own groceries. Makes me feel like I'm on the clock at a job. For the most part, the aisles are clean, the shelves are stocked, and grocery pickup staff is always friendly, and staff inside are always willing to help you find what you are seeking. :)

I hate how they set up check out. You can only use self check out if it's 15 items or less, which is fine. But they only have like 2 cashiers for the people buying more than 15 items. They need more cashiers if they are going to do that!

It is getting better. Walmart is renovating this store and looks more spacious, cleaner, more automatic machines to check out.

This store could do better on their refund policy. They don’t offer cash back or let you put it on a gift card so you can make exchanges. They make you put it back on your debit card which takes 3 days to go back on. At least the one on south main gives you the option for cash, Walmart card or back on debit card.

CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN! Not only do they REFUSE to answer the phones. The employees are extremely rude and this location also is known for selling expired and spoiled food. Close it down!!!!

I had a terrible customer service experience when buying four cans of butane. They were wrapped together in plastic for easier storage, which is why I picked them up that way. A tall Black man, who appeared to be the team lead, walked by, stopped me, touched my cart, and tore the plastic wrap. He said it was a mistake that the wrap hadn’t been removed earlier.
I explained that I wanted all four cans and would scan them individually, but it felt like he was accusing me of stealing. I wasn’t even at the checkout yet. I’ve never seen a team lead or any customer service staff behave like that in any other store. It was unacceptable to touch my cart and remove the wrapping, especially since I wanted it for easier storage. I don’t understand how someone with such poor judgment could become a team lead.
