“After a major life change, I was astounded at how many things had to be opened, closed, transferred, notarized and medallion signed. Our bank manager, Josh Smith, went above and beyond the call of duty in helping.Throughout all of this transition Josh has offered advice and professional guidance. We are so fortunate that Josh has had the patience to listen and assist us. In addition to Josh, the staff …….Gabi, Chelsea and Taylor, are so very polite, attentive and helpful. A special thanks goes out to Ashley…….who has notarized documents and helped us in so many other ways. Thank you to all of you at First Bank in Highlands!”

“I've used a lot of various banks in my lifetime. First Citizens in Highlands is without a doubt the best I've encountered. We use them for personal and business. They are like friends. They're proactive -- Giving me a heads up on things that need attention. I'm blown away. Can't recommend them enough!”

“This branch was wonderful! It was the first time I've visited this location. The teller was a delight and so sincere. I truly felt her welcoming energy. This will be my new branch for when I have to go inside instead of using the ATM. Thank ladies for your warm welcoming energy.”
