They were good when you could get them to show up or answer the phone. I know staffing is tough guys but come on. I'm a paying long-time customer.

Poor service and places the blame on long time customer! Was best around but customer service and service unfortunately over the last few years I have experienced a decline in both customer service and tank servicing with Spartanburg location.

We wanted to install gas logs, but really knew nothing about them. The salesman was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Gas logs were iinstalled in a few days and we love them!. They are super easy to deal with. We highly recommend them.
