They were good when you could get them to show up or answer the phone. I know staffing is tough guys but come on. I'm a paying long-time customer.

I converted everything I could to gas abiut 6 years ago - they worked well with the company who replaced my dual fuel system, ran all the lines and were helpful, professional and downright nice folks- one of their drivers even backs down my driveway to avoid putting even ine tire on my grass (i drive a mini coooer and not sure I coukd back down my drive ?) in that 6 years, I NEVER ran out of gas until this morning - I called this morning and in under 2 hours a nice driver arrived, filled my tank, double checked for leaks and made sure the heat on and running before he left - I coukdnt be more pleased, not only with the overall customer service - but Johnny on the spot when I ran out - a five stars thumbs up and would (and do) recommend them to anyone who asks - qhen its 24 degrees outside and my inside temps below 55 amd dropping - customer service counts and theirs ROCKS!

I recently paid $598.90 to have gas brought out. I needed a new heater hooked up an ran. Your company sent 2 men out to do the Job. The men that came could not get the heater hooked up because "they did not have the equipment on the truck" I made the statement. if you can't get it hooked up take everything with you, I'm not paying for something that you can't complete. at that point they just laughed. fast forward, I call today to have heat brought out an find out I have a ba

BEWARE! FIFTEEN HOUR GAS LEAK-Poor customer service and most importantly NO EMERGENCY SERVICES offered at all. I called the emergency extension line at 8PM to report a major leak coming from my stove. No one called me back so I proceeded to call again as soon as their office opened the following morning at 8AM. Poor service and places the blame on long time customer! Was best around but customer service and service unfortunately over the last few years I have experienced a decline in both customer service and tank servicing with Spartanburg location.

We wanted to install gas logs, but really knew nothing about them. The salesman was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Gas logs were iinstalled in a few days and we love them!. They are super easy to deal with. We highly recommend them.

I experienced an unfortunate issue with the manager of the Highlands office. However, the regional manager called me on his own, wanting to research the situation. He understood my frustration and pledged to refund the gas in my tank, which was 60% full. Otherwise, the branch manager was going to charge me $150 to empty it. I sincerely appreciate the actions of the Regional manager and will definitely consider using Freeman's again.

I have been a customer for over 12 years and have never had a single issue with Freeman Gas in Highlands . The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate requests . They have all been a pleasure to deal with and I would refer Freeman without hesitation .

Excellent service for years. They service and keep my propane filled, even when I'm away. Each year I have them check my gas fireplace system for safety and operation. Servicemen are always pleasant and knowledgeable.
