I have had such wonderful customer care from the Truist team. Angelia and Donna in particular have been so helpful as I have opened accounts for both a business and a nonprofit. The crew at the bank is always welcoming and does their best to care for people. They know a lot of customers by name and always have a smile.

Terrible customer experience for small business banking. Closed newly opened small business account with no explanation and had to remind them to refund the one deposit in the account.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
