Truist has been a local bank for many years. The staff has nice, helpful employees and a welcoming crew. Customers have the service responsive, supportive and respect. The team has taken time to listen and provided good guidance and sort through needs. People have appreciated the kind, patient help spent hours and the willing to care for both business and nonprofit accounts. The bank always knows customers by name and has a smile and treated people with respect. Many customers have been pleased with great customer care and would never switch banks.
Nothing but full stars for this location. I've done all my banking here for years - well over a decade. Everyone here has gone above and beyond to help us with our banking needs.
