“We used housing solutions to put a covered front porch addition on our house and we would 100% use them again. They were thorough, responsive, and helpful. The workers they had at our house were super friendly and thoughtful, especially John and David, two of the main carpenters. Our neighbors talked to us about how great they were after literally the first week. They picked things up from one day to the next so our kid wouldn't get into it, watched out for our geriatric dog, and generally did a lot of things they didn't necessarily have to do that made the process easier for us. They took pride in their work and seemed happy to take the time each day we saw them to tell us where they were and what was next. The project manager (Steve) helped us work through decisions and came out to our house several times to "catch things" we had questions about and missed as things took shape. They (& Ryan) worked with us on the budget and things felt like they moved along once we were able to get started -- no lag -- even though we uncovered an enormous boulder that required another visit from the landscaper/drainage guy. We did a lot of projects ourselves at our old house and it was nice having someone who cared as much as we would have, but without having to do anything or feel like we had to micromanage. They got it.”
