“I had such a great experience at Wilkinson Supply Company. I came in looking for bath fixtures and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. Martrece greeted me with such warm and welcoming energy, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and personal. She pointed me in the direction of Jessica, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient while helping me narrow down my choices. Jessica really took the time to understand the style I was going for and made the process so much easier. Overall, the customer service was exceptional and I’ll definitely be returning for future home projects!”

“I call and spoke to “Hampton”ask could he help me he said yes I gave him the information ask could he call me back I said yes I had been looking for over two weeks he said I will do his best and his best got me what I needed in about 3 days it came in like he said “I’m so thankful for “Hampton”he will be my go to every time I need something.”

“This Is a great place to buy in stock cabinets that are good quality. multiple different levels of cabinets. Even the basic are made of plywood.Not press board. They have Tile and LVP flooring and they are a lot more helpful than your average Big box store”

“Pretty awesome place to check out some pretty good quality kitchen stuff! We've bought a set of Zwilling knives here, some different seasonings, all sorts of things. The only complaint I have, other than some items being overpriced quite frankly, is that the customer service, while mostly great, isn't perfect.

My biggest example is when we went to buy a coffee machine that was in stock at the store. We went in to inquire about price matching from Amazon, which is allowed if the item is sold by Amazon directly, according to the store's website. The manager pushed back HARD against the match, which was about $50 lower than what the machine was in store ($130 vs $180-ish). She tried changing the items on the listing as proof the item wasn't sold by Amazon, despite the color I asked for WAS sold by Amazon, which I pointed out multiple times. She said the color NAME didn't match, despite there only being one type of gray that machine ever came in. She eventually relented and honored the match, but it was like pulling teeth. When the cashier (who was incredibly kind the whole way through) has to apologize for how long it took, not great.

However, this was just one experience, and all of the other ones I have had have been pretty solid. So we'll keep coming here, though I may avoid price matching in the future to avoid the hassle.”
