Jessie H is a great at customer service. However, the store needs more than one person working at the store. I had an appt. But people kept walking in. It was very stressful as a customer of Verizon.

Jesse was awesome. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he took his time to make sure I understood everything I was signing up for. Everyone was so polite. 10/10 experience!

Vander and Jesse were wonderful technicians. Beware though that sometimes you have to wait just 15 minutes to see a tech, and then sometimes it can be an hour or more. It’s not the techs fault. From what I could see, they need more techs.

Klark went out of his way to provide excellent customer service.! I came in looking for a promotion that was offered online and although he didn't see it on my account, he didn't stop there. He did some research after I left and called me back to let me know he made it happen - I couldn't believe it! By far, the best experience I've had at a Verizon store!

First the negative: short staffed. That means slow. We spent a little under two hours here on a Friday from about 11:30-1:25.That said, the two guys working (Klark and Jason) were engaged the entire time we were there with customers and did not let it get under their skin when other customers were directing their frustrations at them. Klark tried a few different things to resolve the issue with my phone and I know if this fix doesn’t continue to work, that I should then go to the Apple Store.

Had some bad stuff happen to my phone and needed a new one. Went in, I was grumpy and kinda pissy but the people there were so nice and I ended up leaving with a new plan, new phone, and am now paying less per month. Such a step up from the corporate locations.

The customer service was great, the young lady was helpful, and I was out in approximately 15 minutes!

Went to have my mother-in-law's phone repaired. Ended up purchasing three new phones because of the promotions being offered by Verizon and explained by Hannah.

The two employees worked with clients for over an hour. There were people waiting in line to be helped. They just needed more employees. I was pleased with the service I received.
