This is one of the best Verizon’s I’ve been to, I needed to go to a Verizon store just to simplify activate my new phone & Abby (the employee) was so helpful & informative, such a kind attitude & very knowledgeable. I really appreciated all of her help & couldn’t have gotten my phone working without her!

I needed assistance with a damaged screen protector. Abby greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was already waiting on a gentleman. She was able to promptly assist me while being very polite and professional. She is a definite asset to this store!
