It seems like no one cares and everything is about fees and making extra buck on everything. Their security is ridiculous. I have had other banks and I never experienced the same thing, i have had and account with them for 3 month now and I was logged out/card terminated from ATM machines 5 times

The people behind the screen are as slow as molasses. It took me 30 minutes to do a simple deposit. The bank was empty. I will never go back there again.

Worst bank experience, tellers are in the back and slow, you talk to them threw a computer screen. Very impersonal banking experience, would go elsewhere.

This is so convenient to be in this location without traveling to Jacksonville or New River especially when you are located in the Topsail Beach and Snead's Ferry area. This branch has 3 live tellers and a few offices for banking services such as opening accounts and such. The one thing that I do find to be a little annoying is that there are times it seems there is one or two people there. Now I fully understand it's a small branch in a small area , but that's why it needs to be some in there. This area is growing pretty fast. Other than that the employees are very professional and knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. They do have an app for those who may not know and from that app you can deposit checks , bill pay and more. They have a chat also , but I haven't found that to work on the app. Perhaps they'll fix that soon. They have plenty of ways to save money whilst one is on deployment and also a holiday savings too! If you don't want to be stacked up with credit card debt or whatever after the holidays I do suggest the holiday savings plan which you save each month and I think in November you will get the money you've saved. If keeps you from touching it If you have teens here they have accounts for them as well and workshops that will teach kids about banking and saving money. Something you'd think School would teach such as balancing a checkbook or your account, but nope those days are long gone. This is very good for kids because it teaches them responsibility with money and once in college it will help them as well as in life. Marine Federal has a lot of different workshops not just for teens , but adults too!

Tellers seemed generally disinterested in helping you. And by tellers I mean the people hiding behind a television monitor who speak to you over an old corded phone. Like prison. It was very impersonal.
