“10 years ago, my car broke down on the side of the road on a Sunday, Labor Day weekend the owner of the shop Derek drove by a few minutes after I had broken down to ask if I needed help luckily, the car that broke down was under warranty and he said “I am an auto mechanic and own a shop right down the road, here is my card if you need service on your car after your warranty”, I held onto his card for four years and since then have used him for multiple repairs on all my vehicles, his shop, the people that work for him and his integrity are a priceless experience.
