“Had to replace my passenger side view mirror after an orange barrel knocked it off on I-40 one night, when I got blinded by over night construction work lights and didn't see it in my lane in time to avoid hitting it with my mirror. I found a replacement mirror of the same make and model at a salvage company and brought it to them to install. Dropped off the car in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon. “This is pretty much a one-man shop that operates out of a storage facility (think drive-up storage units). The work area is efficiently organized and clean. Cars being worked on are parked right outside, next to the storage unit area (garage), all within the secured confines of the storage facility. This has advantages in addition to obvious cost-efficiency- each person gets real service from the one working on his car. The intake was great- spoke to the owner/mechanic on the phone. He asked me to email pictures, and gave me a cost estimate that same day. Cordial and professional on the phone (and in person). Almost no wait time. While the insurance adjuster dithered, Mr. Ricardo worked a several-day project into a schedule that fit my needs; he did not turn me over to a "scheduling assistant" or reflexively tell me it would take two weeks to get started. This location has the added benefit that the owner has Toyota certification so he has additional mechanical skill..... that became evident to me as I went through the process. The estimate turned out to be very close to the actual cost. The outside of the car was polished up nice and looked good when I picked it up. Really, it looked good as new. Body work is not cheap. It's a good line of business for those who can do it efficiently and honestly. This is my first time through the insurance/ body shop process- I don't care for the system. Too disconnected to the customer, lots of wasted time and money, and too much nonsense to get out of paying. If you can afford it, this business offers good value for money and good customer experience while you deal with the other challenges- dealing with insurance, "scheduling assistants" and interruption of your transportation.”

I work in the business as a manager for an auto repair chain and I’ve been doing this 15 years, needless to say I know how this stuff works. Chris and the guys at caliber rectified every issue that arose and made sure I was in the loop and that everything was taken care of before I got my car back. Chris’s abilities to understand the situation and honorably handle it was unreal. Those traits are so hard to come by in this business nowadays. My wife and I are very satisfied with Chris and his teams competency, honesty and their handling of everything, they even paid for an extra two weeks on my rental vehicle. It’s very hard too find those qualities anymore. Highly recommended. Can’t beat it!”

“I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”
