“They took the time to get the right wipers for my car and put them on for me. I could dispose of the old wipers and all the packaging right there. There was one wiper they didn’t have on-hand and took my information to call me when it comes in. Great shop - thank you!”
“Gerber Collision & Glass deserves every bit of praise, they did an absolutely fantastic job on my Audi, flawless work, exceptional attention to detail, and true pride in their craft. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding, the front desk team, the technicians, and every single person I interacted with showed genuine hospitality, professionalism, and care.
The quality of the repair was phenomenal, the communication was clear and consistent, and the entire experience was smooth, respectful, and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers this level of excellence across the board, Gerber Collision & Glass is highly recommended, five stars all the way, thank you for taking such great care of my vehicle.”
“My battery was only 14 months old and the dealer refused to cover it. The manager tried like heck to get them to replace it and when it didn't happen, he reluctantly sold me a battery and installed it. Great guy, great job! There's a reason this is my goto car place in Holly Springs!”
