My customer service experience was Great Kala or Kayla can't remember Exactly what her name was ,but she had a pleasant demeanor and smile she actually had a smile piercing that was very nicely presented in her smile. I had to take some things off my purchase and she made the transaction very comfortable and not awkward. Very nice associates.”

“Not sure why Ann only gave the Duncan Junction three stars? These folks are salt of the earth and willing to help anyone anytime. Almost always have good gas prices and more things than you'd expect a convenient store to have. I did have to ask Jack to replenish the window washing bucket and the Yuengling Light beer once... :)”

“This place is a bit out of the way for me, so I go when I have enough VIC points to get something off per gallon. Their pumps always work and I don't have to see the attendant for anything, so I can pump and go. But they are always friendly if/when I see them. Plus, they offer free air for the tires - BONUS!”

“Juliana and Abby at Starbucks were so knowledgeable about all the fall drinks. They seemed to genuinely care and enjoy helping customers with their orders. Love seeing young employees enjoy their job!! Juliana was mindful of my dietary restrictions and patiently helped us with all our bougie requests. The iced pumpkin cream chai is our favorite now!! I already want to go back for another one.”

“Went in to get groceries and a roast chicken. There were none out, but the rotisserie in the deli was full and close to done. When we were through, we went back to the deli, and Amy went above and beyond to give us one of the first chickens of the batch. Great customer service!”

Holly Springs has been ruined by useless cross walks and medians, South Main St. is an awful road to navigate, almost everyones a bad driver, and the light rotations are abysmal, if you like sitting in your car for 10 extra minutes the roads surrounding the store are perfect”

“Been going to this place my whole 26 years of life. Used to be the only gas station in Holly Springs. Great convenience store and staff. Us Holly Springs natives call it Shindu's and I'm not sure why lol. I will continue to go here as long as I live here.”
