“I wish I had a Harris Teeter near me. I always have to travel to get to one. I go to the one in Holly Springs the most I love the foot long Fridays and the $5 sushi. The customer service is always Top Tier. The Starbucks inside the meal deals with your VIC card. And I go there because they carry Ellios pizza cheaper than Walmart for 9 slices. The subs are just soooo good. I try to visit every time I go to Holly Springs.”
“Clean store and pump area, staff is great! Unfortunately customer there that day was extremely rude sitting at the pump after finished gassing up talking on the phone while people are waiting behind her!???”
“Juliana and Abby at Starbucks were so knowledgeable about all the fall drinks. They seemed to genuinely care and enjoy helping customers with their orders. Love seeing young employees enjoy their job!! Juliana was mindful of my dietary restrictions and patiently helped us with all our bougie requests. The iced pumpkin cream chai is our favorite now!! I already want to go back for another one.”

“Very helpful and understanding staff, even as pharmacists and staff change. They've helped sort out many problems when they can, and a very considerate of their clientele. Any time I've had a problem they can help with, they've already been calling folks to sort out communication issues and get my medication as soon as possible. Long-time customers seem to be able to develop a relationship with them, which can be very important to ensuring long-term care.After dealing with another pharmacy that's now closer but not as good, I might be returning. They're worth the drive.”

“Ash is THE BEST at CVS in Target Holly Springs. She knows our names, she is always so kind, warm and so helpful and makes you feel your needs are the most important. I have Type 1 diabetes and sometimes I need something right away or a replacement if something went wrong or wasn't available, she goes put of her way to try and find a solution as quick as possible and she follows up!
She makes a big difference in our lives because I used to dread having to call my old pharmacy because they just sighed and didn't care at all what we needed.

“The overwhelmed pharmacy staff is working so hard and seems to still somehow always smile while interacting with customers. The front store staff is so friendly and kind. I wish it was easier to contact the pharmacy, but it is totally understandable because they seem to be incredibly short staffed. It is a busy pharmacy but they are always so professional, informative and kind.”

“George was a stellar employee one late Sunday night this spring trying to help me find a medicinal item or a suitable substitute that Walgreens website claimed was in stock. Hearing it was for an ill toddler, he also tried to find any alternatives and made recommendations on where else to try that was open. That’s above + beyond in retail.
Also, I have visited pharmacy in person a dozen+ times with no issues.”

“An independent pharmacy who truly cares about their patients.
They are proactive, communicative and their wait times are minimal.
I'm so happy to have a nearby pharmacy that sees us as humans and not another metric that corporate makes retail meet. This review has been far too long waiting to be done.
I made the mistake of using walgreens down the road for awhile ... And that was a dreadful experience. I finally wised up in the last few years and went somewhere that really cares. :)
I worked 12 years as a cpht in retail Rx a decade ago. HS pharmacy reminds me of the power team I worked with then.”
