“Alex gave exceptional customer service in helping me over the phone to get my medication shipped to me as soon as possible. It got left behind while packing for our vacation. All my friend needed to do was drop it off. This was also at the end of the business day and I greatly appreciate the extra effort on Alex’s part.”
“The UPS drop off is inside Michael's just as the welcome message says. It's at suite 164. It's even written right on the glass door that it's a UPS drop off. People need to learn how to read and stop blindly depending on electronics to tell them where to go.”
“I keep coming back because it the great customer service. Mr. Mohammed is very down to earth, always smiling and willing to help. Although I own a printer at home, I keep going back to this store to use the printer because Mr. Mohammed always makes a lasting positive impression.”
