“I recently had some business cards printed for my new consulting business. They sent me the proof and I looked at it and approved it. I didn't realize that my last name had been miss spelled, my mistake. I called Impact Printing and explained what had happened. They said no problem they would reprint my cards and call me when they were done. Surprisingly I received a call a couple of days later letting me know they were ready. I fully expected to pay for these cards being it was my mistake. They said No that there wouldn't be a charge. I was happy with there work the first time but this was just service over the top!! Thanks for the great service.”

She was very informative and friendly which is a rare blend. Some individuals are informative but lack customer service skills and some have great people skills yet they aren’t as knowledgeable.
