“I recently had some business cards printed for my new consulting business. They sent me the proof and I looked at it and approved it. I didn't realize that my last name had been miss spelled, my mistake. I called Impact Printing and explained what had happened. They said no problem they would reprint my cards and call me when they were done. Surprisingly I received a call a couple of days later letting me know they were ready. I fully expected to pay for these cards being it was my mistake. They said No that there wouldn't be a charge. I was happy with there work the first time but this was just service over the top!! Thanks for the great service.”

“I've been here several times, mostly just dropping off packages for shipping, once for passport photos and everyone has been very friendly and efficient.
A warning about FedEx pick up though - FedEx may give a specific last pickup time of 5:15 but the staff tell me the truck will roll through anytime 3-6pm. So don't count on making an overnight delivey anywhere but an actual FedEx location.”

“Fast, polite, full service. I was told the price and then the clerk found some discounts to help reduce the cost without me having to ask. I needed to get a small package out quickly and didn't have time to shop for a small box to pack the item myself, so I used their provided service. The price for the box and packing service seemed a little bit hight, but it was worth it to me to just get it done. I've been to this store on a few different occasions and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.”

Before we even started looking for help an associate asked and brought us where we needed to be and assisted us with finding the correct product.
