“This was a great storage facility! Pricing is very fair, they don’t increase your rates every month like some others, and their security is great. There was a time that I took my trailer overnight, and I received a text in the morning that my trailer was “missing” from its spot to confirm that I was the one who had it. Hank was also very helpful with move-out, as he helped with getting me moved out 2 days earlier so I wouldn’t have to pay an extra month. Highly recommend, I used them for 2 years and only switched because I moved to the other side of the Raleigh area. If I still lived on that end, I’d still be using them!”

“For not being climate controlled, I was very pleased with the condition of items stored there on Holly Springs Rd and Ten-Ten Rd. The staff was very accessible and happy to please. They have a good and safe way to access their units and uniquely paved spaces between the buildings to keep out water and drain properly when the water comes down in torrents or normally.
