“Buckle in friends cause this is a long one.I bought my Xbox Series S at GameStop, preowned. After about two weeks, the HDMI wouldn’t connect to my TV. I tried 4 different cables and 5 different TV’s. Nothing worked. I took it in and Jason ran a diagnostic for me. He explained it could be that a soldering point has become disconnected. When there was a change in price because he ended up having to replace the whole HDMI port, he let me know. When I brought it home, it still wasn’t working so I was willing and ready to walk back in there angry. When I walked in, Drew hooked it up and called me to see. It was working! I brought home and again, nothing (to no fault of theirs) After a few days, Jason called me to check in and see if I got it working. When I told him it wasn’t working still, we talked about all the options I’ve tried and he offered me a refund. This situation was very stressful but CPR, Jason, and Drew were so helpful through it all! So grateful!!”
“Stopped by purchased a battery for my SUV and asked for installation. Although the computer stated not to install and Justin did let me know he was a computer guy not a mechanic … he jumped in to assist and make things happen ….. I appreciate the extra mile you were willing to go Justin thank you”
“Great staff that took the time to take care of my phone needs. Recieved a new phone due to my screen went out on my old phone. Figured I would have to replace the screen just to get my info off of it just to send it back to AT&T. They were able to get what I needed at a decent price. Would definitely come back if I needed anything in the future.”

“Gentleman told me my phone was really no longer serviced and usually the part was $70 and so was the labor basically. And as I had just stopped and looked at how much a replacement phone was like 190 it jus about cheaper to get a new phone that can be worked on and parts ordered and stuff so I guess it a new phone for me. And he agreed. I thank him alot for not trying to just get a sale and actually caring for the customers. If I have issues I will definitely go here though”
