“I came in with an issue that honestly wasn’t even their responsibility, and Leslie, the manager, didn’t miss a beat.Instead of waving me off, she took the time to understand what was really going on. She asked thoughtful questions and helped me build a clear, workable game plan. She was sharp, calm, and respectful the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone who treats a not-my-problem situation like it actually matters. But Leslie did. And that kind of leadership shows. Shout out well deserved THANKS YALL”
