“Unprecedented service response. I had emergency firmware failure and needed the assurance of Yamaha specialists so there was only one place to call for me. Kelvin D went above & beyond by having his senior specialist Gary at my location the next day and assured me we would be squared away without worry so our Christmas program would not be negatively impacted. As a customer, that kind of response and assurance is satisfying, but difficult to find. I know my need for rapid assistance put DBI in a scheduling challenge, but they made it happen with a smile. I have known most of the senior staff at DBI for decades and I can attest to their expertise in all matters audio, video & lighting. Can't go wrong with these guys.”

I was so frustrated with my phone restarting randomly and she found me a better phone deal so I won't have to go without a phone. I love my new moto g stylus 23 phone! She definitely knows how to keep a cricket customer! Give her a raise, 5 stars for me, thank you!!”

Idea who the workers or who customers were.finally when I walked through the associates/customers someone spoke and I told them I was there for a locker pickup , that I had never done one before and instead of someone offering to at least show me what to do, I was told other there and got pointed to direction.when I was leaving no one said goodbye or anything.later after not being able to get phone activated I had to go back and was not looking forward to it.but it was a whole different experience thanks to Donte!he acknowledged me immediately upon entering and helped me even tho phone was purchased online.he had to make multiple calls and yet never got aggravated or made me feel like I was a bother.because of associates like Donte are the reason why these places have better ratings.to be honest if not for Donte I'd give this place a 1 star.verizon I hope you treat the ones like don't with respect and appreciate his work for this store because without him I do not want to even think about what the store would even be.associates like him keep y'all in business and I hope you realize this!”
“Ordered a calendar online 2 days ago as a ssme day pick up, and it's still not ready. The pages were printed but not assembled with the spiral thing. So far, 30 minutes later, they still can't assemble it. I hope i don't have to pay full price for a same day pick up when 2 days later it's still not ready.
Had 1 star, just changed it to 4 because one of the employees made things right and gave me a discount...thanks! Someone else had printed my calendar and didn't finish the job. There were 2 of them trying to figure things out and finally did. Hopefully this situation doesn't happen to any other customers or employees.”
