“This location and the helpful staff is the reason why I have been a cricket customer for a number of years. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they even put my screen protector on for me, (I never learned how to do it myself)? So if you need a dependable phone carrier Cricket is for you! I made the mistake of switching to a cheaper carrier a few years ago and ended up going back to Cricket after less than a month, so cheaper isn't always better. Plus, Cricket has the cheapest plan than any of the other major carriers, only 30 dollars a month and while you don't have unlimited data for that price, the data provided is definitely a sufficient amount, I don't even use half of my data each month, because I have wifi in my home. “Don’t let the “Authorized Retailer” sign fool you. These people know how to do their jobs better than the commercial stores! I had to go in to get my insurance phone replacement back online and they handled it no problem, and even helped with a two year long issue that AT&T customer service “can’t help” us with. Come here for all your issues and expect speedy service with a smile!”
