“Staff are very helpful! I was confused using the self service kiosk and the employee nearby guided me through the process. Very easy process even at the counter, my shipping label was too small so they scanned my QR code and reprinted it for me. The ladies working the counter are very nice in general.”

“I live near three other USPS centers but I’d rather drive over 15 minutes to this one! Unlike other locations in Fayetteville, there’s never a line wrapped around the building with just one associate to fend for themselves. Customer service here is top tier and genuine. The facility is always absolutely spotless! Best USPS location in Fayetteville!”

“I've been using Speediprint for shipping and mailing for years and it's the only place I go now. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. They've helped me choose the right packaging for everything from simple mailings to more fragile items, and I always leave confident that my shipment is taken care of. Customer service is consistently excellent, and they make what could be a hassle quick and easy. It's hard to find businesses that are this helpful and personable these days. Highly recommend!”

“I go from the far north side of town to this post office 99% of my postal needs, and have been doing so for a long time. Although there's a lot of newness there now, the current personnel seem to be carrying on the established tradition of efficiency, professionalism, and helpfulness while maintaining an atmosphere of continued professionalism and friendliness. Haymont PO is the BEST!!!”

“Seems like there's always a line and not enough staff working the front. I realize there are employees working behind the scenes, but if there are 4 or more people waiting, shouldn't someone step up and serve the public?”
