Recently i had to rent an storage unit, after checking out a few, i choose the storage king USA located at route 301 Fayetteville NC.The manager was extremely helpful, she made sure all my questions were answer and gave me all the information i needed to be successful with my unit. The facility is well keep, clean, safe, and secured.

Quick returns! Great customer service. I needed to grab an appliance dolly. As I pulled in the parking lot the lady was leaving. She got back out of her vehicle and opened the office back up to rent me a dolly. I am grateful for her assistance. Moving into the area and was on a time crunch. Highly recommend dealing with this place!

Enjoyed my time at Storage King USA! Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her and Brittney do a great job keeping the facility clean. They also always offered me a drink , snack or any help I needed. Will definitely recommend this facility to family and friends ?

Stephanie at the 301 location in Hope Mills is an absolute gem! I had to move lots of items, including heavy furniture, by myself because I had no one who could come help at the time. She allowed me to use the Uhaul appliance dolly to load the heavy items into my truck, at no charge! In addition to that, she was generous with the drinks and snacks they had in the staff kitchen. I worked up quite a thirst and an appetite with all that moving! She was kind enough to bless me with something to help keep me going! She even kept checking up on me periodically to be sure I was ok. I could not have asked for a more wonderful customer service experience! Thank you Stephanie!!!

I just adore the wonderful woman named Brittany! She is just the best manager that I have come across in my almost 8/9 years of being with this storage company. She has worked with me every month and never gives me a hard time about anything. Today I went to go and pay my storage and I was blown away by her gesture that came from her through the new manager. She made my day today!

Rented a U-Haul over the weekend an was assisted by Brittany and Stephanie they both were very kind and professional, and very knowledgeable . If I ever need a U-Haul or a storage I will definitely come to storage King in Hope Mills. It's nice to know that people still care about their job and are actually good at it! We use Storage King in Hope Mills for our business office and have a second office for our training classroom. Brittany and the crew at Storage King have always helped us in every way possible. The office has packing supplies available for our returns and Brittany helps us with that in every way, even assisting with deliveries. The facilities are always clean and stocked. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

Brittany is the BEST!!! She is definitely the best when it comes to customer service. Brittany is extremely kind, as well as patient. It seems as if all odds were against me while I was trying to return the rental truck, but Brittany told me not worry about anything. I'm glad I listened because she truly went way above and beyond for me in all aspects; from the initial call she made to verify my appointment to pick up a rental, to the very last step in the drop off process. This is my uhaul rental location period.
