“Very good meatloaf sandwich. Very nice people and great service. I visited on a cool (27F) day and it was nice and relaxing sitting next to the fire eating lunch. After lunch, we ventured into the adjacent store and purchased a container of chicken noodle soup for dinner and breakfast burritos for the next day. Both items were premade and refrigerated and reheated well and were delicious. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am in the area.”

“Don't miss this little BBQ place tucked quietly beside the highway. GREAT ribs, brisket, BBQ sauce, sides! All self-serve (stand in line to order, pick it up, bus table), and it was totally worth all our effort! We each had enough for another meal. Extremely casual--perfect for this area with lots of hikers and outdoor interests.”

“Stop in and grab a fresh biscuit. I loved the sausage and cheese. My husband preferred the country ham. We also grabbed bags of all the fun candy you can't usually find. Candied cantaloupe is surprisingly good. Wish we'd bought more. Dog friendly. They loved seeing our Frenchie two days in a row. Yep, went both days we were in town.”
