“I've never had any issues with Truist...they have always been friendly..with me...and I've never had to make an appointment...if I needed to speak with a financial adviser...the wait was little to none...I've never used the drive through...I prefer to go inside...and make it more personal...that's just me....”
“This is an Awesome Bank to do Business with, My wife and I have been with this bank for over 30 years. Right when you walk in the door, you are greeted with a Hello, but I would like to share with you an experience I had a couple weeks ago. Went by the ATM and it wasn't working correctly, which I understand things happen, and it didn't give me all my money that I requested. I went in the following Monday and talked to Fed, which handled my situation with kindness and a smile. Fed apologized that this happened to me and within a couple of days the money was back in my account. It's nice to be able to have that kind of interaction went you go into a place of business.
