This bank has the kindest staff and the most knowledgeable out of any First Citizens branch. I have ever shopped with they go above and beyond to make sure my bank experience is great and will do whatever it takes to solve any problem.!

The Manager Rob and staff are absolutely amazing. If you have had a bad interaction with this branch in the past give them another try. They work as a team and laugh and have a great time. Very professional and the best bank in Lenoir.
