“Sourwood honey has a delicate flavor characterized by notes of caramel, spice (cinnamon, cloves, ginger), anise, and maple, and a lingering, slightly tangy finish. Aroma: Spicy, floral, and delicate. Color: Light amber to dark amber, sometimes with lavender hues, darkening with age. Always pick the lightest of the sourwood fir optimal flavor. Purchase made at Mast General Store in Hendersonville, NC. They have an online store available on their website if you don't live close to any of their retailers.”

“Excellent service! They took me in almost a day earlier than my appointment and unloaded my trailer very quickly. The staff was professional, efficient, and respectful. The lumper fee was fair and reasonable, with no surprises or hidden charges. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in to departure. Highly recommended. Thank you for making a driver's day easier!”
