“This is my neighborhood store. The staff are like close friends now. They are friendly, fun and personable. I am very concerned with the increase of crime directed at this store. They need more security and live patrols. There have been two violent incidents in a very short amount of time. It makes me fear for the safety of the employees.
Update: this store is desperately in need of help. Managers especially! Please come apply!”
“I moved from Pensacola here. This is the best Dollar store ever. So clean and organized and the Manager is a sweet lady, they have everything ! Very clean store a a great parking . “Me and my Outreach team from Elevation Church in Concord shopped here a few days ago for prizes for Bingo at Coltrane Life Center. We came in with an idea of what we wanted & ended up with 2 carts & 1 hand basket for items we didn't know we wanted. We shopped for large print puzzles, word search books, journals, magnets, & many cups b/c they were on sale. We got garden supplies of all sorts, printed canvases and valentine items. We also picked up ink pens & colored markers that we attached to each canvas & books. We topped our haul with themed socks & gifts for our special gentlemen. Janet was our sales associate and she was very quick ringing each item but patient with us adding items to the counter while ensuring we had what we needed. We left feeling accomplished spending North of $150. Our haul was worth it especially watching the guest at Bingo smile while taking their time choosing their favorite prizes. We'll certainly be back & we'll be looking for more printed canvases for painting, ball caps & bucket hats for our gentlemen. Thank you Dollar Tree & Janet for putting smiles onour hearts!”
“I do a lot of relief work and I do travel with a bookbag that holds my things for work. I just got off a shift and realized I needed to get change for the bus. I saw the dollar tree and was relieved. Upon walking up i saw the no bookbag sign on the door. From experience ive had ppl give ne a hard time about having the bookbag even when im going right to customer service. I sheepishly walked in taking my bag off my shoulders and asked the cashier if it was okay I left my bookbag up front. I just needed to get one thing to break change for the bus. The gentleman was super nice and told me to leave my bookbag on a shelf while I got what I needed. Even during check out he was super nice to me. Im sorry I cant remember you're name. But you were amazing.”
“Always clean, well stocked and greeted with great attitudes. Marcus made sure to tell me about a free drink that came with my pizza. He also told me about saving money on the app. Good professional employees aren’t a common theme anyone. Make sure to take care of this one.”

“I really like the Dollar general store that's on shears road across from the food Lion they seem to have a better selection their manager is one of the nicest that I've come across at Dollar general and they're usually very well stocked and you can find just about anything you need if you can't find it for you ???? ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“You will find the best employees in this store. They always welcome you with a smile and try to help you with everything you need. Although the service is small you can always find the essentials, if you go to the Frisado food area you will be surprised by the variety of things you can find. The management of this place is in very good hands, you can tell from how the store and the refrigerators are organized, the way they treat you and how clean the place is, definitely a place you want to visit.”

“This is my neighborhood dollar general and i love coming here they are always nice. Recently the manager and staff had a raffle for a free Christmas tree and to my surprise i won. I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year. I would’ve been treeless if it wasn’t for you guys and i truly appreciate it”

It’s my to go to Family Dollar and it works for me. Some of y’all need to take the broom out your tail and stop going to areas you don’t feel comfortable being in.”
