“This is my neighborhood store. The staff are like close friends now. They are friendly, fun and personable. I am very concerned with the increase of crime directed at this store. They need more security and live patrols. There have been two violent incidents in a very short amount of time. It makes me fear for the safety of the employees.
Update: this store is desperately in need of help. Managers especially! Please come apply!”

I came here because it was right next to Hollywood hair and beauty(side note go check them out read my review about them) I live 20 minutes from here and will be back anytime I need dollar tree. I am not sure if this is the training store but this is the cleanest and most stocked dollar tree I’ve ever been to!”

“Dollar General has been upgraded they now have a huge selection of food and items. There is more fresh foods and refrigerated items. This Dollar General is well stocked and maintained. Staff were welcoming and I had no problem finding the items I needed. Very pleased with my experience here at this Dollar General.”
“I just want to say this Dollar General is always fully stocked....I always find everything that I need whenever I go there....The cashiers are super nice except for this one particular lady...she always have an attitude and is always on the phone when she's ringing up customers...very unpleasant and a miserable person that you can tell there's a lot going on with her....and very disrespectful towards some customers....two of my favorite workers are no longer there because of this unprofessional manager.....she only helps whom she wants to help as far as customers goes.. WATCH the prices.....they always overcharge on items because she does not know what the hell she is doing....Also she is giving items to her friends and family members if this type of behavior continues...I will be reporting this person to the corporate office.... “Had the sweetest cashier, Maurice. So nice and had a great suggestion to try a cream soda with a drink mix we bought. Would go back to this store just because of him! The world needs more nice people like him.”
“I love this store now! I can tell managers have changed because it stays clean, stocked and the staff is always smiling and willing to help. Also people, be mindful of how hard they worked to make it better so lets try to help them keep it up by not being so messy. I felt bad because I put stuff out of place and the employee there just went and fixed it right after me. True to heart.”
“You will find the best employees in this store. They always welcome you with a smile and try to help you with everything you need. Although the service is small you can always find the essentials, if you go to the Frisado food area you will be surprised by the variety of things you can find. The management of this place is in very good hands, you can tell from how the store and the refrigerators are organized, the way they treat you and how clean the place is, definitely a place you want to visit.”
“I really like the Dollar general store that's on shears road across from the food Lion they seem to have a better selection their manager is one of the nicest that I've come across at Dollar general and they're usually very well stocked and you can find just about anything you need if you can't find it for you ???? ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This is my neighborhood dollar general and i love coming here they are always nice. Recently the manager and staff had a raffle for a free Christmas tree and to my surprise i won. I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year. I would’ve been treeless if it wasn’t for you guys and i truly appreciate it”
“Staff has been friendly and helpful every time Ive been there. Also, this is the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I've been inside. No pallets, carts, or boxes strewn about in the isles. Big props to them!”

This store and the old Statesville road location should be the flagship and standard of which all stores should be measured by. Neat and clean well stocked and organized are two words that best describes these two stores. I visited the location of 2716 West Sugar Creek Rd on Saturday September 16th and was blown away by degree of cleanliness and professionalism.”

“Looking at the reviews I braced myself going in. I didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. I got everything I needed for Christmas at a very low price and the cashier was very helpful helping me gather up my purchase while I paid. I don't ever buy food from the dollar store, so I can't speak on that. Everything else is perfect! If you want little crafts to do with kids for a dollar for Christmas, they have plenty of cute and easy foam cut outs that you can put together. Thank you, I'll be coming back in the near future ?”
