Such a productive and supportive environment. The staff is pretty likable and customer service has always been great.Bonus- the drinks are ice cold !

This is Sherry Manalan. If you are looking for a great place to work out and train, this place is awesome! Very friendly staff, and great trainers. I highly recommend Rebecca as a trainer.. she trains me and takes into consideration my health issues, and is very patient with me! Five stars for them!

We're always accepting new members who want to be a part of a special and unique fitness club! STAFFED hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.Outside of staffed hours, gym is 24 hour member access.
