“I hate I do not remember names!! The young man even wrote his name down for me! But I'll commend both male print associates at this location! I came in last week and needed to self service print. I thought I had it all figured out. I spent $50 on prints and they were all WRONG!! I couldn't even use the prints! Anyway throughout the process both young men were very helpful, patient and understanding and tried their best to help me figure out how to fix my prints when I came back to re-print them. By the way my initial visit was in the AM and I returned once I figured out the prints were no good and the original associate had left for the day but the PM associate was the same way!! I really felt like they cared & even though they had a ton of store orders to complete, they never made me feel like I wasn't an important customer because I had chose self-service instead of a call-in order!
