“I have a Ford Fusion and had some open recalls. I called the office and spoke with Sydney in the service department and she was extremely polite and friendly. My appointment was scheduled and as time went on, I got my schedule mixed up and came in the day before my appointment. They were accommodating and allowed me to drop off the car even though my appointment wasn't for the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Will continue to be a Ford customer because of this!”

Michael (today)and techs (Jackson and Kyle) were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and went above and beyond answering questions, helping with tire pressure light and finding my registration when I couldn’t. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!”
