Pet Paradise Lake Norman offers boarding and daycare for dogs and cats. The staff is exceptional, attentive, passionate, and clearly cares for each pet as their own. They are warm, friendly, pleasant, professional, and assuring. The environment is spotless, clean, and well-sanitized.
They keep owners well informed with daily report cards and pictures, and they communicate about any changes in behavior or medical concerns. The facility has webcams for checking on pets. There is also an onsite vet for quick visits. Pets return happy, healthy, and tired from their stay. The staff takes extra care with older or anxious pets, helping them come out of their shell. Many owners plan to return regularly for boarding and weekly daycare, confident their pets are in good hands.
They took great care of my almost 10yr old pug as if she was their personal pet. She was a happy girl! They are definitely my go-to place for boarding. I love the option of having a camera to watch her 24/7.

Memo has never been around other dogs and has never been away from us, but he took to the staff, like had known them all his life. They were so kind and loving to him and they understood special needs.
