“We’ve been bringing our dogs here for over five years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. Our appointment was for a simple vaccine and nail trim that took only a few minutes once we were seen, but we waited over an hour before being called back.
The staff was friendly, and I appreciate that they offered a $15 credit for the inconvenience. However, such a long wait for a very quick appointment was frustrating, especially since this hasn’t been our experience in the past. We value the care our pets have received here over the years and hope this was just an isolated issue.”
“I can’t recommend Vetco enough. My experience was a total 10/10. I originally took my dog to a much more expensive clinic, but they turned him down for a routine exam and rabies shot just because of his size and appearance!!! They insisted on fully sedating him, which was totally unnecessary. The staff at Vetco were completely different. The front desk was very welcoming, and the veterinary team took him to the back and handled him great. They got his shot done immediately, absolutely no sedation needed!!! They were amazing with my big guy. Vetco officially has a customer for life, and I'll be bringing him here for all his future care!”

“Thank You for treating my Great Dane puppy who had a severe HOD flare up. Dozer is now recovering, doesn’t seem like he’s in pain anymore and he’s able to walk now!
He’s been kept for around 4 days. I was starting to lose hope, wondering if euthanasia was the only way to help him.. But ya’ll took great care of him and saved him ❤️
If he ever has another flare up (I hope not) and will need hospitalization, I’ll definitely come back!”
