Everytime I come there is one teller and the wait is atrocious. But there are people at desks sitting doing nothing but yawning. Maybe teach them how to be a teller too? Or get more people.

For a Big Bank, the service at Wells Fargo is TERRIBLE in Huntersville! If you're in the area, First Bank always has friendly people to help, they answer the phone, and you can actually walk into their branch any time you need to.Seem simple...doesn't it???

Never helpful. I can never get ahold of them when I need them... someone was able to change my address linked to me account without my permission and I can’t get ahold of them to change it. As soon as I can, I’m switching banks. Always charges ridiculous fees EVEN FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. Wells Fargo has pathetic management.
