“I read these reviews and felt compelled to post my experience since my experience was so positive. I dropped into the branch, without an appointment, and Scott made time for me to give me advice on setting a Schwab IRA to use for transferring my 401k. He could not have been nicer, patient and helpful in providing the information needed for transferring funds and setting up the IRA properly. I planned to do my own investing and have not been pushed to anything different since the transfer was made a couple of years ago. I'm sorry to read that others may have not had the experience they had hoped for, but I can tell you that it certainly is not the experience for all customers since mine was very positive.”

“I have had mostly good experiences at this branch. I do like the new lobby set up. It’s crisp & clean! I walked in yesterday, and was politely greeted by a young woman. I told her about one of the bills I was attempting to deposit was not being accepted through the ATM, so she quickly swapped it out for me and I did the deposit in the lobby.
I took some pics and left.

“This is the worst Bank ever I am literally right now at a gas station using my temporary card because my original card was misplaced while I am awaiting it to come in the mail. They provided me with the temporary card have money in my account, however it’s declining the card in the store. I called customer service to let them know. The response from the gentleman almost floored me. He said to me “oh sometimes the temporary cards just randomly stopped working, and there’s not anything that can be done I said, sir I’m literally stuck here at the gas station trying to get gas so I can get home you’re telling me that there’s nothing you can do the card is not going to work..?He said “yes ma’am, that’s what I’m saying. .!!I “ I politely told him thank you and I ended the call .. I have never ever in my life. This is so beyond ridiculous. If this is this banks way of showing customer service it’s ridiculous. Now I have to make calls prayerfully someone can come and meet me here because I can’t even go to the ATM and pull money out because the temporary card doesn’t work According to this gentleman it happens randomly and there’s nothing they can do …I mean how is that OK to even tell a customer that..? never open an account people with Truist and I will be closing my account as soon as humanly possible the worst experience ever I would think that someone in corporate somewhere would see this review and at least have enough courtesy to call me, but I doubt that that will happen. Do not repeat. Do not do not do not open an account with Truist Bank!!!!!!!!”
“I visited this location to open a business checking account. I didnt have an appointment and they were really busy so I did have to wait a while to be seen but it was okay. I was able to observe customer interactions.After a while, I was seen by Steven. He was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable and encouraged me in my new business venture.This is a good location with great employees, lets value them!!Please be patience...”
