“This past Fri I was in line at the Monroe Burlington with my daughter and must say some entitled customers should stay home. There was a man that was yelling at one of the managers about a price. The manager tried to explain why same items can have different prices but this man was absolutely rude. This man actually tried to make it about race because he was white and the manager was black, but what's funny the lady in front of me turns and says That guy is an idiot because that manager is married to a white woman. The manager couldn't get the man to stop yelling and making a scene so he told the guy at the other register to check the man out and walked away.Ive worked retail for over 30 years and customers have really become entitled and rude.”

“I've always been a die hard Ross fan, ever since I discovered them in Florida. But I have to say NC.'s Ross stores selection is nothing like Florida.I would find the best clothes and home goods in Florida. That is a down side for me here in Charlotte.However, once in awhile you can get lucky and find something good. Just not as easy as one experienced with Ross before.If you've never been to Ross, you are missing out as a whole. Because you can find items much more affordable here.”

“Boem In Blakeney had me come in for a pop-up shop for my permanent jewelry. Denise was not only so kind and welcoming, but she was extremely communicative, professional, and so easy to work with. As soon as I walk through the doors, I was greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming staff. they made sure I was comfortable, along with that I observed their staff, continuously cleaning, organizing, and so pleasantly helping their customers. “Old navy is one of my favorite brands. Today at Old Navy Waverly, 9876 Rea Road at 4.30, I was going to buy yellow top, there was only 1 L size and I asked a young guy with short black hair to see if they have another one and he said they are too busy to look for top for me. I said:" Oh, ok" and asked another one, his name is Winsent, and he was really nice and professional. Mr Manager can make him the worker of the month! He is really good!”

“Great service!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by southern style Texas dresses and clothes... before I could vomit outside a very kind worker named Erin helped me she was very kind and sweet and had the best style in the store clearly and pointed me over to the candles. I ended up buying their famous volcano and also the crystal candle! They smell very great and Erin did an amazing job of helping me pick, directing me, and I even fell into cardiac arrest and she helped me recover! I met the manager Rachel too and she was nice but Erin is the reason I'll go back! Very great store aesthetically though I think while I was in cardiac arrest I heard something about $12.50 or $8 an hour and God told me to get Erin a raise in that moment Great experience 10/10”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. One staff member even pull my daughter to the side and told her where she can get a certain item that would be more suitable for her. It wasn't that she was trying to take away from the stores business, of course. She was just offering advice to my daughter ask her daughter was the same age and they had just been through the same thing.”

“Dropped by LA East to shop for my wife for her birthday and as usual felt overwhelmed by what to pick. Melissa (the owner) offered to help and eased my stress considerably. She offered suggestions in my price range and came up with a winner that I think my wife will love. She then gift wrapped the article and made sure all the ribbon looked perfect. I couldn’t have been happier with the care and service at LA East. Clearly a 5-star performance!”

Listen, I had a time on the clearance rack. Lol He rung up my pile of finds and adjusted pricing that wasn’t set correctly on his own. I didn’t even have to ask! He was patient and all around just great. Meredith was wonderful as well. She answered all my Stanley cup questions with ease. She didn’t seem aggravated by my inquiries. She was upbeat and again just helpful all around. Hey, I bought the cup I said I wouldn’t buy.
If they keep hiring based on the standard of these two the store is in good hands.”
