She let me know that they don’t really buy for the diamonds, just the gold, and gave me great info on how to get the best return and polished them for me at no charge. Super nice!! “I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Waxhaw Jewelers. I originally came in because my wedding band was starting to dent my engagement ring, and I wanted a professional opinion on how to prevent further damage. Since they offer free jewelry checks and cleaning, it felt like a win-win.
Thank goodness I did! Once they took a look, they found that my engagement ring stone was actually loose! The jewelers did such a great job walking me through their recommendations. We decided the best fix was to weld the rings together so they’d stop rubbing. While they had the set, they also tightened the setting and gave them a deep clean.
My rings look like the day I got them. Even though I didn't originally purchase my band here, I’m so glad I came to them instead of my previous jeweler. I’ll absolutely be coming back from here on out!”

“The shop was super clean, the staff was friendly, and Sarah F., my piercer, was cool. She was friendly, explained everything, and has been piercing a long time. I had both lobes pierced.
Everything that is part of the piercing procedure is autoclaved and sterilized and they open the packages right in front of you.
As a side note, parking can be tricky in this area, so just allow yourself plenty of time to find a space, especially during busy hours (such as Friday nights and weekends).
Overall, though, a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop again.”
