“This is our preferred local grocery, with a good range of goods and most household supplies. It now belongs to Kroger, so you can also find some Kroger own-brand products, notably some organic products.
The range of fresh fruit and vegetables is also larger than at the main competitor, Food Lion, and despite Harris Teeter having a more upmarket feel than Food Lion, in fact some things are cheaper at Harris Teeter. Brier's ice-cream is NOT one of those things, and is significantly cheaper at Food Lion.”
“A few weeks ago I took my entire family here to eat and we absolutely loved it. My favorite meal is no longer on the monthly menu, which I think is a cool idea but everything we had taste delicious.”
“The employees here are super nice, helpful, and attentive! I can't recall her name, but this particular day a black girl with a low short blond cut helped me. She saw me eyeing the new Baileys Chocolate, and immediately told me about the new Crown Royal Chocolate! They have it here yall, but I promise it won't last long!! And please don't mix them together ???, you'll regret it later!”
“Absolutely love Winestore! I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the different bodies and varieties. The selection is delightfully small and carefully curated. The staff is all helpful and will reference your previous purchases if you need help making decisions. Also they wrap your bottles up nicely so that if you’re gifting a casual bottle, it’s good to go right out of the store.
It’s just an excellent experience start to finish and has made drinking wine even more enjoyable if you can believe that.”

“I love their convenient pharmacy!! I've been using it since they opened in 2006-07. Very pleasant staff. The store carries some items that I can't find easily elsewhere, like Deep-dish frozen pie shells & Silk Protein Milk (Cashew & Almond). The store is always clean and well stocked. I would like to see paper bags easily accessible in the self checkout lanes.”

“Great customer service. I visited the store today and from the time I open the door until the time i checked out it was nothing but amazing customer service. The lady with the dreads I believe she said her name was Jatayvia greeted me with a smile and I quote how you doing today love if there’s anything we can help you find let us know. The other manager was stocking the store. She openly joked with the customer and had a smile on her face that could light up the room. I have seen that young lady at other ABC stores I’ve visited and it’s always positive vibes coming from her. Keep up the good work”
“I love to go to world market. The world market near me closed so I have to find new one and came to know this one. It was way bigger than the one I used to go. I felt like this world market offers more stuff than the one I used to go. It have food action where you can find food from around the world. House decor is also around the world. I live there Christmas decors. Now also they have Diwali decors too.”
“They sell just beer and wine. Apparently private stores are not allowed to sell hard liquor in North Carolina. Only state owned stores called ABC can do so. Who knew ???”

“I didn't do a lot of shopping there on this trip, but have to thank the lovely staff member who was kind and helpful when I made a fool of my self. I was trying to do an Amazon return but got confused between stores (a visitor on a highly pressured, exhausting trip is my excuse :-) ). They went above and beyond in not only kindly explaining that they don't do Amazon returns, but also directing me to stores that did. Thank you.”
“HT an Austin Village always out of many sales items on Thursdays and meat department doesn’t open until 10 am which is ludicrous!!! Many out of date products in meat dept. Even though this store is convenient I go to Publix where I can get what I need when I need it and not wait until 10am to get meat and seafood! Would like to add the service in front of store are excellent!!!!! I shop this store several times a week but it’s disappointing they r out of product on sale day starts.”

They are the only place I've found that sells Faroe Island salmon which is a rich, fatty cut that is great for grilling and pan searing.”

“This is in Cotswold next to the Starbucks. It is an easy stop from Sharon Amity or Randolph and you can get out making right turns both way as well. The store is an ABC store, it is the same as most, good selection and well lit and labeled. Cheers.”

“This HT has the most dedicated hardworking staff. Yes its smaller than the supersized one at Rea Farms and Arboretum but thats the great part about it. You can get in and out like lightening with less parking lot nonsense and safety issues like Arbo has.”

“We used Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Blakeney for 14 years, for all of our family's prescriptions (and that's a LOT), and loved it there. The staff there (Aaron, Maria, Holly) are friendly and professional, and they work hard to make sure you get your prescriptions filled quickly. They have a good text message system set up to let you know when your medications are ready, and they check with you before filling a prescription that might be too expensive. They add a great personal touch to the service they provide.We were sad to leave them this fall, when we moved to a different area of town and started using another pharmacy. The others just don't compare--we miss our HT Blakeney!”

“Great grocery store! It's what people call a Tajma-Teeters. It's large, with hot food served and a wine bar with weekday specials. They have sales on excellent, well cut steaks.
Plenty of parking. We like the Prime Rib dinner on Thursdays. You can buy a bottle of wine in the store and add it to your bar bill. Ask for glasses. You can get a glass for drinking while you shop. Well stocked. Tons of beer and wine brands!”
“I just need to share this Great experience I had here today.:) I’m a nanny and I was out with the 2 children I take care of, when I craved Starbucks so came here originally to get a coffee, though the line was pretty long… and the youngest child was very clingy and wouldn’t let me put her down. That’s when a employee from Harris Teeter came over and helped me, she took both of them off my hands so I could order my coffee, by showing them the candy aisle and drawing a smiley face:) on the youngest hand. And when we were waiting for my coffee after I had ordered. She came up to us with a bag, with 1 candy each for them that they had liked in the candy aisle that she had personally paid for. <3I sadly didn’t catch her name.:((It was such a heartwarming moment), and I’m very grateful! I will pay it forward!!”

“I love this store! Everyone is so nice. I’ve been coming here every week since my baby was 3 months old… it was the first outing we went on after she was born. She’s now 1 and every week in the store she recognizes and waves to the sweet workers. For months they helped me carry my groceries to the car when she was really little and I needed help. I’m so thankful that this big city has a “small town feel” grocery and I’ll always shop here for that reason.”

Lots of variety of airplane bottles that, obviously, no one would ever sneak onto an airplane ;) and plenty of liquers to add to you coffee to put up with your coworkers much less your high school students. Seriously, teachers need more than a pay increase. And last but not least... Your crazy Uncle Joe will be pleased to find you bought his favorite bourbon to enjoy family get-togethers and holidays. Bottom line, without this place people would suck way more.”
