He understood that that he may have needed to take a door off that had a waterline in it and he brought many tools in case that was needed. He figured out a way to get the refrigerator thru the doorway without having to remove the door.He also tied down the appliances in his truck so the would not move and wrapped the appliances with the movie my blankets he had in the truck.I’m strongly recommend Michael for your moving needs.Greg”

Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”
