The owner and crew are always friendly and professional. Customers have received excellent service and workmanship. One customer brought in a 2007 3500 Chevy dually 6.6 Duramax that was blowing white smoke. The shop diagnosed a bad EGR cooler with coolant in it. After replacing the EGR, the truck was still blowing white smoke, which meant the engine head was cracked. The shop then replaced the engine, which took about three and a half to four weeks. The new engine has been in for a month and works great. The owner also changed out the motor mounts, put on a new starter and a new alternator, plus all new belts, hoses, and some sensors. The front desk staff was very helpful. The shop is much more affordable than dealers, saving an estimated half the cost for repairs. Customers have used the shop for years and would not go anywhere else. They highly recommend anyone with a diesel to use Pearson’s Diesel Shop.
