“Friendliness pharmacy ever. TJ and Ms.Judy are literally the best ever. I leave my doctor and by the time I get to the pharmacy its ready or as soon as TJ sees my car pull up it starts immediately on them. You'll never catch Ms.Judy in a bad mood. She's always so nice. Im 35 and I have been going to Indian Trail Pharmacy since I was 5 years old. The best customer service ever. CVS and Walgreens could never even come close to being better then IT Pharmacy. No sitting in long lines, no needing to call your prescription in unless its new, and THEY DELIVER FOR FREE ! Just try and tip the driver and few bucks here and there. The driver always has funny jokes and always in a great mood. I could go on forever about IT Pharmacy, but just try them please 🙏. You won't forget regret and if you do then your the problem not them 😁”

“I drive past a Food Lion to shop here instead. Great customer service and quality products. This store is well run by quality people that seem to care, whether it's the deli or produce or meat department. The florist and Starbucks are a nice touch.”

“This is a review for Dannie the pharmacy tech who was an absolute angel right before Christmas when I had my newborn with me (who I was trying to prevent from getting the flu) and two sick kiddos at home. My pediatrician’s office continued to be confused and not send all 3 scripts over after Walgreens was out of stock and Dannie was so understanding and patient whileI breastfed baby and made calls to understand what was going on. Thank you for your patience while this mom of three was stressed and trying to keep it together!”
“I came here this morning to get my flu shot and pneumonia shot. I thought I set up an appointment at Walgreens but realized it was scheduled at CVS. Welcome to the Wednesday madness I had. So these two wonderful ladies Jessica and Jill were so kind and went out of their own way to say I'll call CVS for them to cancel your appointment and you can have your vaccines done here.
I honestly greatly appreciate the customer service and the care these two ladies had for my mistake. I appreciate they took their time with me and stepped outside the box to go above and beyond for helping me out with my mishap. They are both sweet and so kind, and I would so come back here again just because of them. I would appreciate Walgreens to give recognition for their hard work.”
“I had the most wonderful experience at Indian Trail Walgreens in the photo dept. The girl in the lab was so patient w. this older lady, and helped me download pictures, and find the best ones to use for canvas prints, when I knew nothing. I went back 3 times in one day, and she was always kind, cordial, and knowledgeable. Good customer service is rare this day. She was definitely a keeper, and pictures were ready that day, and they look better than I expected for what I had to work with. What a breath of optimism about our young people. I will certainly return to this Walgreens--although several others are closer to my house.”
