“We use this pharmacy as our only source for our prescriptions. Today we had a challenge with our prescription and the lady at the pickup window turned the situation over to the Mgr Alex. Alex worked through the challenge and went above and beyond what most others would normally do to satisfy our needs. Within an hour we had everything we needed.
This was a great outcome to our situation. Thank you Alex and team!”
“I wouldn't go anywhere else! It is so refreshing to be greeted and helped by a welcoming and thoughtful cohort of employees. Lucas always greets me by name and has helped me track down answers to insurance questions, doctor office responses, and every other issue our family has had for years. There was even a Saturday when we arrived after they had just locked up, and the pharmacist re-opened, ran back in, and I was able to get my prescription. Above and beyond! We won't be going anywhere else.”

Celebratory cow-tails, got to re-preform my graduation speech for them (standing ovation, obviously), with a family picture. Love this place, love these guys. See you as a number, but Dorian see me as a person and addresses me by my name. You don't have to deal with Ai or recording during business hours because a live person will answer everytime.

“Friendliness pharmacy ever. TJ and Ms.Judy are literally the best ever. I leave my doctor and by the time I get to the pharmacy its ready or as soon as TJ sees my car pull up it starts immediately on them. You'll never catch Ms.Judy in a bad mood. She's always so nice. Im 35 and I have been going to Indian Trail Pharmacy since I was 5 years old. The best customer service ever. CVS and Walgreens could never even come close to being better then IT Pharmacy. No sitting in long lines, no needing to call your prescription in unless its new, and THEY DELIVER FOR FREE ! Just try and tip the driver and few bucks here and there. The driver always has funny jokes and always in a great mood. I could go on forever about IT Pharmacy, but just try them please 🙏. You won't forget regret and if you do then your the problem not them 😁”
“Fantastic pharmacy! Friendly staff, quick response and delivery, very easy to work with. My last compounding pharmacy was out of state and difficult to work with. Sometimes I had to call multiple times for numerous issues. Once having to call 3 separate times just to make sure a single request for refill had been processed. Hassle like nothing else just to get a prescription. Night and day experience comparing the two. I don't feel that I have to call GPS Pharmacy and check on anything--it is processed too quickly and correctly to have any concerns. Glad I found them!”

“Amazing staff. I hate that I can't remember the ladies name I interacted with. She was so amazing. I have a 3 year old daughter and she was giving me a fi the entire evening (I had to go by a few other stores in Cotswold). HT was my last stop and she could obviously tell I was stressed out — frazzled. She went above and beyond for us. Even went as far as getting my daughter a (small) little incentive to behave and listen to Mommy. It worked for a little while until she went to sleep as I pushed her home in the stroller. She was a life saver. But also, the prices on some things there are very competitive to their competition which is why I stopped in. She was just an amazing cherry on top 💜”
“Nice grocery store which can be easily described as a neighborhood store. It has a fair selection of most items -- but it is not a huge store. You will find a few options of whatever you're looking for (brand wise) but it is not an overwhelming plethora of items. There are usually carts full of clearance items at the front of the store -- never hurts to look. Produce section is to the left when you enter the store -- the floral section is small and directly behind the produce.”

It’s nice to have a pharmacist who knows you personally and your individual needs. They are a secret treasure in the Providence Club area located in the Fountains.”

“I wanted to take my time to discuss how amazing my experience was at Harris Teeter today. I ended up getting way more than I originally planned on but everything that I definitely needed and when it was all set and done I had grocery split between two carts, but Lucas took his time ringing everything up to make sure that nothing got rang up twice, and even bagged things in an order and way that made sense for the items and then Maria came to help him bag up everything and even followed me outside, pushing one of the carts and when I tried to tell her that I could load everything on my own, she said that it was OK and she was happy to help. She even pushed both carts inside on her own. hands-down one of my best shopping experiences ever In my 30 years of life ! Great staff here and the store is in great condition, but I cannot speak higher praise for both Lucas and Maria.( PS I think that Lucas may spell his name LUKAS if so, I apologize for the misspelling)”
