“Many thanks to all the Walker's staff! I have truly been very pleased with Walker's excellent pharmaceutical care and delivery service. My husband Richard was a meticulous pharmacist for 47 years, an excellent chiropractor for 17 years, and also a fine biology college instructor for 7 years—He was a very busy man and was voted “Teacher of the Year” at Broward Community College, in Hollywood, Florida. Richard passed on at almost age 80, and is still with me in spirit... Our wonderful son Shawn became an MD/PhD internist, rheumatologist, and immunologist. He is now a research physician who has traveled across the U.S.A. and around the world helping various pharmaceutical companies with many projects. Shawn is also a busy husband and father with four children...and a truly wonderful son who watches out for his old mom, too... Shawn and I both want to truly thank the staff of Walker's pharmacists and lab assistants who have all been excellent and very helpful. They have been very conscientious and could clearly explain any questions that needed answering. The Pack-My-Meds daily dispensing system has been great, too! It has made handling the drugs that I take so much easier! The pharmacy delivery drivers are also very kind, friendly, and courteous. Good independent pharmacies are very hard to find these days. One could not do better than Walker's Pharmacy on Colwyk Road ! ! ! Now I am moving up to New Jersey into an Assisted Living Facility to be near my son and family. He joins me in thanking everyone at Walker's, too! I want to give my sincere recommendation for the wonderful quality care I received from you good folks at Walker's. “Fantastic pharmacy! Friendly staff, quick response and delivery, very easy to work with. My last compounding pharmacy was out of state and difficult to work with. Sometimes I had to call multiple times for numerous issues. Once having to call 3 separate times just to make sure a single request for refill had been processed. Hassle like nothing else just to get a prescription. Night and day experience comparing the two. I don't feel that I have to call GPS Pharmacy and check on anything--it is processed too quickly and correctly to have any concerns. Glad I found them!”

“Not much that I can’t tell you that you haven’t already heard. Here is something though that I was pleasantly surprised about. Months ago, when we had snow here in Charlotte, I needed eggs and milk. I went to both Walmart then a Food Lion in my area - both stores were out. I decided to try one more grocery store ( Harris Teeter ) they were completely stocked of both. I assume they were able to get resupplied due to how close the Harris Teeter warehouse facility is to Charlotte? IDK but I was happy for it.”

“HT is my favorite grocery store. Not for prices. If I need less expensive stores. They are out there. HT carries a mass variety of offerings. That's what I'm paying for. The ability for more offerings and thier meat department is very good also.”

“As a pharmacist it was so nice walking into an independent pharmacy and wellness center that offered a great otc section. The owner, Dr Martez Prince was there working and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable! There was also another pharmacist there Dr Pringle who helped me select a few items. I was expecting the pricing to be significantly higher that a big store but it wasn’t. Maybe $0.50 more and that’s worth it to be greeted and treated with care and compassion. If you are in Charlotte looking for a new pharmacy please give a try and them Angel send you!”

“Nice grocery store which can be easily described as a neighborhood store. It has a fair selection of most items -- but it is not a huge store. You will find a few options of whatever you're looking for (brand wise) but it is not an overwhelming plethora of items. There are usually carts full of clearance items at the front of the store -- never hurts to look. Produce section is to the left when you enter the store -- the floral section is small and directly behind the produce.”
“I just need to share this Great experience I had here today.:) I’m a nanny and I was out with the 2 children I take care of, when I craved Starbucks so came here originally to get a coffee, though the line was pretty long… and the youngest child was very clingy and wouldn’t let me put her down. That’s when a employee from Harris Teeter came over and helped me, she took both of them off my hands so I could order my coffee, by showing them the candy aisle and drawing a smiley face:) on the youngest hand. And when we were waiting for my coffee after I had ordered. She came up to us with a bag, with 1 candy each for them that they had liked in the candy aisle that she had personally paid for. <3I sadly didn’t catch her name.:((It was such a heartwarming moment), and I’m very grateful! I will pay it forward!!”
