“This is how a pharmacy should do business! After switching away from the large chains to this local pharmacy where everyone remembers your name and prescriptions are handled with personal care and attention, I will never go back. When you call, you always get someone on the phone. When you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and the occasional hug. Small town/neighborhood pharmacies are fighting to keep their doors open as large corporate chains 'stack the deck' against them. However, you will NEVER get the personal attention like you get at Franklin Street Pharmacy in a chain store!”

“This place has been such a blessing for my family. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has no medical insurance and does not qualify for medicaid. We aren't rich but we do alright, we just didn't have the money to cover over $1,000 a month in insulin pens, test strips, ect. We were so overwhelmed with the new diagnosis and expenditures on top of that, we had no idea what we were going to do. If you are in need of medicine I definitely recommend speaking with these people, they are so nice, you have to apply for their service but they make sure you have all the info you need.”

“The Pharmacist stepped up and went above and beyond to get my Wife her critical medication when the CVS pharmacy that had already filled it but lost electricity due to a major storm. This could have, literally, been the difference between life and death for my Wife because she is on chemotherapy infusions for severe Systemic Lupus Erythematosis which causes her to have, almost, no immune system. Without this Pharmacist's help my Wife would have had to go to the Emergency Room during a major storm affecting the entire East Coast which would have further overloaded an already overloaded Emergency Room just for an antibiotic pill.”

He then gave me directions on how to avoid further infection, he didn’t have to take the time out to help me but he did and it meant a lot.”
“I transferred my prescriptions here from CVS because they never wanted to honor my manufacturers coupons. The staff here are awesome. They automatically apply my coupons and I've never had to fight with them about the prices. Everything is always on time and the correct price. So glad I switched from CVS”
“Very busy store since it is right by the hospital and doctors offices. Clean, well lit at night and friendly staff. It is usually faster to go in than use the drive-thru. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it's so busy you might have to wait in line.”
“I have never had an issue here, I have seen people arguing with them about things they have no control over, ie my prescription is not here? I would not put up with the customers who come in here”
