After switching away from the large chains to this local pharmacy where everyone remembers your name and prescriptions are handled with personal care and attention, I will never go back. When you call, you always get someone on the phone. When you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and the occasional hug. Small town/neighborhood pharmacies are fighting to keep their doors open as large corporate chains 'stack the deck' against them. However, you will NEVER get the personal attention like you get at Franklin Street Pharmacy in a chain store!”

“This place has been such a blessing for my family. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has no medical insurance and does not qualify for medicaid. We aren't rich but we do alright, we just didn't have the money to cover over $1,000 a month in insulin pens, test strips, ect. We were so overwhelmed with the new diagnosis and expenditures on top of that, we had no idea what we were going to do. If you are in need of medicine I definitely recommend speaking with these people, they are so nice, you have to apply for their service but they make sure you have all the info you need.”

“The store was a bit busy when I walked in. A number of the staff greeted me and asked how I could be served. The staff was friendly and attentive while I ran through a list of questions, as this was my first visit and needed to know that this was the right place for me. It is not the closest to my home. It is not the fanciest store. It does not stay open late or all night. But as of today it is my pharmacy!”

“While the Pharmacy is always so busy, due no doubt to the proximity to the Atrium Union Hospital, the entire team, even when facing a long line of patients, always makes me and the patients I accompany as we are the only people in the room. Expert, quality, and compassionate care is guaranteed. Cierra, the pharmacy manager and the lead Pharmacist, Brian are constantly solution minded and a tremendous help.”
