“I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he had long dreads. He came to the door to let me after seeing I was carrying my baby and had a large box in my hands. Once inside he was quick to get back behind the desk to help with my return. Super helpful and friendly. Appreciated his kindness!”

“I had an incredibly stressful and exhausting day and walked into FedEx feeling completely overwhelmed and disorganized, which is very unlike me. Thankfully, Kathy was there, and she was a true godsend. She immediately recognized that I needed some help and went above and beyond to make sure my package was prepared correctly and safely. She helped me with the paperwork, made a copy for my records, found a better way to package everything, and made sure it was all securely packed, labeled, and ready to go. What impressed me most was her kindness and patience. She could tell I was having a rough day, and instead of simply doing the minimum, she took the time to help me through the entire process. When everything was finished, I asked what I owed her, and she simply said, “Nothing. You’re good to go.” Kathy turned a very stressful day into a much better one just by being kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I hope FedEx knows what a wonderful employee they have in Kathy. Thank you, Kathy. You were exactly the person I needed at that exact moment, and I truly appreciate your kindness.”
