“I usually would never leave a review for a UPS store, but this one definitely stuck out. Usually dropping off amazon returns or packages at a UPS store is a pretty impersonal experience with the store trying to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I was greated with kindness and warmth at this store and they even helped me out when I made a mistake with some amazon returns (not something a UPS store has ever done for me before). They definitely work to earn your business here, even in the short time you are in the store. I highly recommend this location!”

“Best Place to have your Banner and Vinyl Prints done. last Friday I was having issue with other company and they backed off at last minute in Printing my order saying some technical issue. then I Contacted Rene from 704 Sign printing at 3 PM and this is unbelievable he delivered 2 Vinyl Printing banners 8X8 and 8X10 by 6 PM to the location and Affordable pricing. with in 3 hours Rene Delivered . “Mom & Pop’s Print Shop saved my wedding invites! I tried to save money by using a big name online printing service and the quality was just not where I thought it would be. After three rounds of reprints with no resolution in sight, I asked for a refund and searched for a local printer. When I emailed Mom & Pop’s with my sob story, I got an almost immediate response explaining most likely why I was having this issue with the other printer and explaining how they’d do it differently, along with a very reasonable quote. They were able to use the design files I already had and pulled everything together on a tight turnaround. The quality was far beyond what I was expecting, you couldn’t even compare it with the online retailer, it was that much better. I definitely learned my lesson: shop small with a business made up of human beings who care about the orders they’re creating, and don’t expect the same quality from an online service that uses chat bots to try to solve problems. Thanks Mom & Pop - can’t wait to share detail shots of the invitations from our big day with you!”

“I purchased a ceramic elephant and took it to the UPS to ship to Missouri. I was so excited and couldn’t wait for its arrival! When it arrived I was overwhelmed with excitement. I opened the box and my elephant was crumbled to pieces! I called the UPS store immediately and shared my sad story. Shana assured me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed.Reimbursement was the last thing on my mind! I wanted my elephant. I purchased another elephant and returned to the UPS and this time Shana and Travis assured me it would arrive in one piece. Three days later it arrived all in one piece!!!!! Now my elephant sits on my front porch in Missouri.Thanks to the “Exceptional Customer Service that was provided by two hard working people. They represent the establishment well!!”

“Joey from Biggs was a huge help. They had a lens I needed rush shipped and he was able to last minute overnight the Sigma 50-100/1.8 lens I could use for a concert shoot at a medium sized low-lit club here in Austin for the Ellis Bullard Band's live album taping. As far as performance of the lens itself, for such a large zoom ability, its 1.8/f aperture was perfect for the low-light conditions. Could be anywhere in the club and zoom in like I was right on stage. 10/10 on the lens and a 12/10 on service from Joey and Biggs Camera. I'll be calling them anytime I need something all the way down here in the Honky-Tonk Capitol of the world, Austin, Tx”
