I’m not sure if the bankers are properly trained to open an account. So many mistakes with the application form and I had to go back to this branch multiple times

We’ve hit a couple of bumps over the years but I think they stepped up their customer service. Chris did an amazing job with helping us today. Very informative and helpful.

Great experience today when I had to gather paperwork on account ownership for my business. They were very helpful and polite. Since my original branch closed, I'll be making this my new go to branch.
