It's a laundry mat. Plenty of available washers and dryers, even with a few out of order. I did not use the wash/dry/fold service so I'm not too sure about how good that is. Washers take 5 dollars and dryers start with a quarter. They have friendly staff too.

It's a very nice and clean laundry mat. The Spanish lady that works there keeps it clean and neat all the time. Very professional and hard working.
